Marbridge Residents Enjoy 2019 Prom

On March 29th, Marbridge and St. Stephen’s teamed up to throw our residents a prom they wouldn’t forget. Volunteers from St. Stephen’s helped coordinate the music, decorations, fun costumes, and everything in between. They even joined in on the fun and had some epic dance offs!

“St. Stephen’s has had a long standing partnership with Marbridge all through different organizations such as student council body, football and tennis,” said Marbridge’s Volunteer Coordinator, Haley Koop. “They came up with the Prom and have never looked back! The students bring decorations, healthy snacks and drinks, music and even flowers!”

The St. Stephen’s volunteers also gave away Prom awards. This year, residents were awarded Best Dressed, Best Dancers, and the Most Marbridge Spirit Award, which was won by Kevin M.

“The prom was great. I got lots of spirit from my friends,” said Most Marbridge Spirit award winner, Kevin M. When asked if he was excited for next year’s prom, Kevin gave a smile and a big “oh yeah!”
