As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at Marbridge’s Villa Community, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a skilled nursing setting. This role goes beyond routine support—it’s about building trust, fostering independence, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who thrive with specialized attention. CNA Positions Available:

• Full-time | 6:00am-2:00pm | rotating days
• Full-time | 2:00pm-10:00pm | rotating days
• Full-time | 10:00pm – 6:00am | rotating days
• PRN

Qualifications and Skills:

• Nurses’ Aide Certificate from the State of Texas
• BLS Certification
• Is able to understand and communicate in English
• Preferred 1 or more years’ experience as a Certified Nurse Aide

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, bathing or eating
• Assist with carrying out residents assessments and care plans
• Helping transport patients safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts and rolling hospital beds
• Observing patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for patient wellness and communicating them to Nurses
• Updating patient files with vital signs and other information
