We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to help our residents live full, empowered lives. Our Direct Support Professionals support residents with daily routines, personal care, and life skills training, while fostering independence and community engagement across our vibrant 200-acre campus.

Shifts Available
Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00-10:00 PM
Pay and Benefits
- $15.25 a hour
- $750 Sign on Bonus paid out half at 90 days and half at 6 months

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support residents with daily routines including hygiene, grooming, and medication administration, promoting independence and dignity
- Provide hands-on training in life skills such as room maintenance, laundry, and schedule adherence
- Foster a positive, respectful environment by listening to residents’ concerns and encouraging healthy communication
- Document resident progress and assist in implementing individualized training plans
- Supervise and engage residents during on-campus activities and off-site outings, ensuring safety and inclusion
