Overnight Nurse Supervisor (RN/LVN)

We’re seeking a dedicated Overnight Nursing Supervisor to oversee resident care and staff coordination during night shifts at our long-term care facility. This role is ideal for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical skills, supervisory experience, and a passion for serving a special needs population.

The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for managing total nursing care for residents, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering compassionate care in a safe and supportive environment.

Shift Available:

Full-Time – Monday – Thursday (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Pay and Benefits:

$32.00 a hour

Qualifications and Skills:

Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
BLS/CPR/First Aid certified
2+ years of nursing experience (geriatric care preferred)
Prior supervisory experience in healthcare
Proficient with PointClickCare, OnShift, and Microsoft Office
Able to lift up to 40 lbs and transfer 100+ lbs with or without accommodations

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident health
Conduct rounds and ensure care delivery meets standards
Supervise and support night shift staff
Maintain accurate charts, reports, and incident documentation
Communicate resident changes to physicians and leadership
Ensure compliance with safety and dietary protocols
