Physical Therapist – PRN

Marbridge has an opening for a PRN Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, mission‑driven team. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality therapy services that promote functional independence and enhance quality of life for our residents. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, and mobility challenges, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop meaningful, person‑centered therapy plans. This position is ideal for a compassionate clinician who values relationship‑based care and enjoys contributing to a supportive, residential community environment.

SHIFT DETAILS:

PRN, as needed (Typical shifts are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluate and treat residents with musculoskeletal, neurological, balance, and gait/transfer impairments, following a physician’s written order.
Complete all required clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
Participate in staff meetings and in‑service trainings.
Collaborate with the Director and interdisciplinary team to develop programs that promote residents’ functional independence.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain the treatment schedule for all assigned residents.
Maintain professional conduct, communication, and appearance at all times.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy State License – Texas
Current Texas State Driver License
At least 2 years of long term care experience required
Experience with the population preferred
