Located 12 miles south of downtown Austin, the Marbridge campus spreads across 170 rolling acres where horses and wild game roam lush green pastures amongst residents exercising along hike & bike trails. There's a pool, a gymnasium, three computer labs, a horse stable, and countless oak trees, stretching their branches to shade winding walkways crisscrossing and interconnecting the campus. It's the perfect setting to encourage residents to grow and reach their full potential in a safe, loving environment.
Marbridge offers a unique full spectrum of residential care and training for adults with special needs from age 18 to the end of life. By creating a community where people can age in place, Marbridge offers residents (and their families) the security of knowing that they can have a college-like post secondary living experience or a life-long residence.

The Village at Marbridge
Consisting of 14 cottages in a neighborhood setting, The Village is ideal for residents who aspire to off-campus employment and semi-independent living in a safe, wholesome environment. Life skills training, work training, counseling and, most importantly, lifetime friendship opportunities are a part of every day. See the Village
The Ranch at Marbridge
Offering a comfortable dorm-like setting, the Ranch provides residents a more structured and supervised day, often involving horticultural activities, arts and crafts, sports, music, landscaping, computer work, wildlife and nature study, cultural studies and on-campus employment complemented by an active social life. Residents enjoy the myriad social opportunities of downtown Austin, all under 24-hour supervision. See the Ranch
The Villa at Marbridge
Residents with significant medical needs can still enjoy a full activity schedule and the opportunity to enjoy life on a rural ranch under the care of licensed professional medical staff. See the Villa
